When you use the enquiry form, book a video call or contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive the details you provide: your name, company, email address, phone number, country, the products you are interested in and the content of your message. The website itself does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels; our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and performance.

Why we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations and samples, manage orders and shipments, and keep you informed about programmes you have asked about. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not send marketing emails unless you have asked to receive them.

Who we share it with

Enquiries are delivered to our sales team through a form-processing service and our email provider. Video-call bookings are handled through Google Calendar. Where an order proceeds, the details needed for shipping and customs are shared with freight forwarders, carriers and customs brokers. All of these providers process data only on our instructions.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and for the periods required by Indian company and tax law for commercial records. You may ask us to delete your enquiry data at any time unless we are required to retain it.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, request corrections, ask for deletion, or object to a particular use. Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland have these rights under the GDPR and equivalent laws; we honour the same rights for all visitors.
